Dear friends, in the lead up to the Fashion Week, the Dante Alighieri Society Sydney and the National Italian-Australian Women’s Association (NIAWA) are pleased to invite you to a free, in-person seminar on “The Marchesa Casati: style icon and muse”.

Dr. Will Visconti will be the guest speaker. Dr. Visconti is Honorary Research Fellow at the University of London and teaches at the University of Sydney. His research focuses on the intersections of gender, sexuality and representation, particularly during the fin-de-siècle.
